Creative Thinking and 'The Toolbox Approach'. A new perspective on doing profound work
Find Your Toolbox
Everything has a right toolbox. Every great work, project, invention or company was made with a right toolbox. Want to build a house or fix something? There’s a toolbox for that. Keen on diving into strategies or exploring ancient worlds with maps and stories? Yep, there’s a toolbox for those adventures too. It’s all about having the right tools (not a single tool - but a tool system) for the job.
Creativity and Choices
Writing, designing, deciding on who’s in your next film, or even figuring out friendships and YouTube strategies, it all boils down to having the right tools. Big life choices, like which events to hit or where to live, also fit into this picture. Even without physical tools, I’ve managed to work on my balcony project using what I have, proving that the right toolkit can adapt to any situation.
Learning Through Toolboxes
Seeing things as toolboxes opens up new ways to learn and understand. Take a book, for example. Breaking it down into maps, visuals, and stories can turn it into an exciting toolbox. This way, even chess becomes more than a game; it’s a set of tools for victory. It’s about making everything work for you in the most creative way.
Tech: Use It Wisely
We’re all glued to our phones and computers, but they often distract more than they help. It’s about choosing digital tools that boost creativity and productivity, turning them into our allies rather than time-wasters.
Your Personal Toolbox
Creating a personal toolbox isn’t hard. It’s about mixing the right tools, habits, and practices into one system that makes your day better. From healthy routines to journaling, every piece of the puzzle helps build a more organized, creative life.
Handwriting: My Secret Weapon
Handwriting is at the heart of my toolbox. It’s simple, clear, and it guides my planning and decisions every day. It’s about bringing structure and a personal touch to everything I do, proving that sometimes, old-school methods are the best.
And Bringing It All Together
My 'toolbox approach' is about blending smaller systems into one big toolbox. It’s about finding basic - sometimes even ancient - tools that make a difference. Tools like visual notetaking & creative thinking with the help of it. Through trial and error, I am refining my methods, showing that traditional ways still have a place in our digital world. I do extensive research right now, and starting to help people all over the world - applying writing technologies to different aspects to day to day life.
In short, it’s about finding the right tools for your dreams and projects. By carefully selecting and applying these tools, we can unlock new levels of creativity and productivity. Let’s make it happen.
