Join Me at the Outforms Keynote May 2025

One occurrence can spark a series of unexpected events. I've been quiet on the blog lately, for a good reason. For the past six months, I've been pouring my best into a project that's finally ready to see the light of day.

What I've Been Building

Remember those late-night conversations we've had about technology feeling too... digital? Too removed from our hands and physical senses? I've been working on something that bridges that gap.

Outforms is my answer to the question: "What if our thinking tools weren't trapped behind screens?"

It's a physical operating system designed to spark creativity and curiosity. A set of paper-based tools that help you think differently, organize ideas in new ways, and create connections you might miss when staring at a screen.

The Story Behind Outforms

This project started in my kitchen, believe it or not. Many times, I was struggling with a creative block while working on a 'digital' project. Out of frustration, I started cutting up dozens of index cards & arranging them in patterns on my table. Then, something clicked.

The physical manipulation of ideas unlocked something that my digital tools couldn't. I started prototyping, testing with friends, and refining. What began as a personal solution has evolved into something I'm incredibly excited to share.

You're Invited to the Keynote

I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be presenting Outforms at a special keynote event at Innovation Hangar on September 15th.

What to expect:

  • A hands-on demonstration of the Outforms system
  • The story and research behind its development
  • Real examples of how it's already helping people think differently
  • A chance to try it yourself and provide feedback
  • Limited spots for our upcoming 10-day intensive workshop

This isn't going to be a typical product launch with fancy slides and marketing speak. I want to have an honest conversation about how we think, create, and interact with our tools.

Why This Matters

In a world obsessed with digital solutions, I believe we've lost something important: the connection between our hands and our thoughts. There's cognitive magic that happens when we physically interact with our ideas.

Outforms isn't anti-technology — it's about finding the right tool for the right kind of thinking. Sometimes that's digital, and sometimes it's something you can hold in your hands.

Try Outforms and Join the Workshop

Can't make it to the keynote? You can explore Outforms and sign up for our 10-day intensive workshop at sivyh.com/outforms.

The workshop is limited to 20 participants, and we'll dive deep into how physical thinking tools can enhance your creative process, problem-solving abilities, and overall productivity.

What's Next?

This is just the beginning. I have big plans for Outforms both offline and in global village; and we'll do the broader exploration of physical thinking tools as well. Any feedback and ideas of yours will help shape where we go next.

Also, be sure to subscribe to newsletter below and also visit https://sivyh.com/outforms after 05.05.2025.

If you're interested in the intersection of creativity, cognition, and tangible tools, I'd love to see you at the keynote. It's going to be a special evening.

Drop me a comment if you're planning to attend, or if you have questions about Outforms. I can't wait to share this with you all.

With excitement, Antos

P.S. For those curious about the research behind Outforms, I'll be publishing a detailed article next week on how physical interaction affects cognitive processes. Stay tuned!

For more explorations at the intersection of technology and human needs, check out our other articles and notes at Innovation Hangar. They are now building a community of thinkers and makers who believe technology should serve people, not the other way around.
