Fricke. Samsara.

   A very unusual film. Both art movie and documentary. Samsara by Ron Fricke!

   Samsara is a quintessence of everything best that Fricke did before. And there are no actors. Everything's real. That great work really delights.

   You can't stop watching it. Firstly you just sit like you are sleeping and dreaming, but you aren't. You understand everything. And that feeling is amazing. Filmmaker had shawn us that this dream is life, just our life. He had shawn how different it is. It's both creepy and strange, but, on the other hand, beautiful and terrific. That's life!

   I can't also say that this film has a plot. It hasn't. But it's not difficult to get the main idea and understand what director tried to say to us. Maybe it's because Fricke traveled the whole world for 5 years with a camera and shot the most unusual, and, what's even more important, most USUAL. Usual for us or for other people and cultures. And it turned to be really unbanal and awesome.

   I won't comment on quality, on cast,  I won't even say something bad about this work of art. It's a different film and it shouldn't be criticized in usual criteria. I won't comment that. I'd better watch it for the second time. And you also should watch it, because after that tiny hour and 40 minutes you will see our live in a different way. Why are you still reading this?  BLR: Нестандартны фільм. З аднаго боку, ён абсалютна мастацкі. А зь іншага, гэта чыстая дакументалістыка. Нават ня ведаю, чаго тут больш, але скажу дакладна -- гэта трэба ўбачыць!

   Самсара -- квінтэсэнцыя усяго, што рабіў ейны рэжысёр раней. Тут эфектна спалучаецца ўсё лепшае і цікавейшае. І тут няма акцёраў. Усё ужывую. Усё рэальна. І гэты твор (бо інакш назваць нельга) захапляе не па-дзіцячаму. 

   Ад фільму нельга адарваць вочы. а спачатку ўвогуле сядзіш, зачараваны, нібыта праваліўшыся ў чароўны сон, але чотка ўсё разумеючы. І аўтар паказаў нам, што гэты самы чароўны сон -- Жыцьцё. Такое рознае, часам сумнае і мярзотнае, а часам шчасьлівае і прыгожае, як нішто іншае. Жыцьцё...

   Нельга сказаць, што тут ёсьць сюжэт. Але ідэю рэжысёр перадаў выдатна. Дзеля гэтага ён 5 гадоў езьдзіў па розных кутках сьвету і здымаў самае незвычайнае і, больш за тое, самае ЗВЫЧАЙНАЕ. І гэта ў яго атрымалася вельмі небанальна і крута.

   Я ня буду каментаваць якасьць, атмасьфернасьць, гульню акцёраў, якіх тут няма. Ня буду каментаваць больш нічога. Гэты фільм іншы, і цяжка ацэньваць яго звычайнымі крытэрыямі. Замест гэтага я лепей пайду і пагляджу яго другі раз. І вы абавязкова паглядзіце. Пасьля гэтай гадзіны сарака хвілін вы будзеце бачыць жыцьцё па-новаму. Чаму вы ўсё яшчэ чытаеце гэта? Хутка бяжыце глядзець фильм!
